Payment And Shipping


AGYA MEDICAL, LTD is entitled to withdraw from any contract in case of errors or inaccuracy regarding the goods appearing on the site. AGYA MEDICAL, LTD reserves the right to alter prices at any time should it be necessary to do so. All payments to be made in United States Dollars (USD), unless agreed otherwise in advance.

Placing an International Order

* Add the items you want to purchase into your shopping cart by selecting "buy now" or "add to cart."

* Select your country from the dropdown list under shipping information. If your country is not shown on the dropdown list then we are unable to ship to your country at this time.

* Select your State/Province/Region from the dropdown list. If your State/Province/Region is not listed leave this box blank and you will be able to enter the info on the following page by typing it manually.

* Enter shipping zip code or postal code.

* Select "Next"

* Enter all information requested on this form. After you have entered all the required information on the checkout page click next to review your final order.
* Finalize order once you have verified that all the info you have entered is correct.
* Contact us by email if you are having difficulty and need further assistance.


Direct Bank Transfer (BACS or IBAN)

For larger payments direct bank deposit is preferred, and this option is available at checkout. You can send us a BACS transfer via telephone or Internet banking. This can take approx. 3 working days to reach and clear our account, upon which we will dispatch the goods. If you are ordering from outside Indonesia you can pay by IBAN (International Bank Transfer In USD).

Privacy Policy
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

We will endeavour to deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you the next working day for stock items. We dispatch orders Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Standard delivery days are Monday through to Friday, but we can also deliver on Saturdays at an additional cost.

We are happy to arrange the export of your goods to anywhere in the world. Please drop us an email and we will reply with full details.

Buyer must notify seller within 3 days after receiving the item of any problems that may require a return and/or refund. UPON SELLERS APPROVAL items may be returned to the seller AT BUYERS EXPENSE. The item will then be tested to determine condition. If the item is not working properly and no signs of physical damage are visible, payment for the item will be refunded. Software, once registered, is non-refundable.

Seller reserves the right to replace, repair or issue a refund for the purchase price of any item. Items returned to seller that do not meet the above criteria, refunds will not be honoured.
